One VS 100 (bisdak version..)

Sugilanon: One vs. one hundred

GOODBYE, love!’ ‘Bye, Honey!’ ‘Bye, sweetheart!’ ‘Bye, darling!’ ‘Bye, Babes…!’

Tindero lag budbod nga way pilit kaniadto si Butingting.

“Unsay ugma? Kang No. 51 nang turno. Imo na baya ming gi-eskidyulan.”

“Na hala, tana. Alalayi ko,” ni Butingting.

“Upppsss!

“Di tawon ni binuang amo, our dear Butingting,” gikan sa No. 69.

(KATAPUSAN)

Camote vs dengue

Hearts Day is over.. and i've got new stuff buggin' me and its camote.. I have read the papers today and found out that its already spreading over the dub_dub_dub (its a techy lingo for WWW).. I just felt like sharing it since dengue is one of the most epidemic monster to hit the city nowadays.. This might help! Your watsinanngo is now a quack doctor! bwahahaha :)

" Is camote tops “cure” for dengue?

The internet abounds with claims that camote (sweet potato) tops extract “is effective in preventing or in curing dengue….because they are excellent sources of antioxidative compounds, mainly polyphenolics, which may protect the human body from oxidative stress that is associated with many diseases including cancer and cardiovascular diseases, and that it boosts the immune system.”

To put things in their proper perspective, there has been no original scientific research, much less randomized, double-blind, clinical studies to support this claim. Indeed, it would be terrific if this were true. Hopefully, future investigations in the laboratory and in human will prove this to be so.

In the meantime, for the safety of the patient, most of them children, it is best to rely on the currently proven and accepted medical therapy, rather than abandoning this scientific treatment and using only camote top extracts. If one wishes to use camote extracts, that’s fine, but take this in combination with today’s standard treatment, and under the supervision of the attending physician. "

A BEAUTIFUL LOVE STORY....

Bing, a beautiful Filipina fell in love with Edong.

She planned to marry very soon. She was so happy about her wedding plans, she decided to tell her Tatay (dad).

Her Tatay told her, "Bing, you'll have to find another. Your Nanay (mom) does not know this, but Edong is your half-brother" .

So Bing forgot about her Edong, and soon planned to marry Ricardo.

But after telling tatay again, he said, "Bing, anak ko (my child), there's trouble still. You cannot marry Ricardo. Please don't tell your mother, but Ricardo and Edong are your half-brothers. "

Bing had no choice but to go to her Nanay. Nanay already knew and said "Anak ko, do what makes you happy. Marry Ricardo or marry Edong, because you are not related to Tatay."

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL LOVE STORY....

  • Style and Design - For a more masculine feel, consider a linear floral design or an arrangement in a rustic, earthy or sleek container. Blooming plants or green plants are also a great gift for you favorite guy.
  • Try a Theme - Your florist can create theme arrangements that revolve around your sweetheart's favorite hobby, sport or pastime.
  • For the Cost Conscious - If you have the heart but not the budget for dozens of flowers, surprise your sweetheart with the simple elegance of a single flower, or a bud vase.
  • Surprise Him at the Office - When Valentine's Day is on a weekday, have his flowers delivered to his office to enjoy at work and bring home for the weekend.
  • Plan Ahead - Call your favorite florist the week before to get the best selection and ensure prompt delivery.
  • Be Ready - When you call, have your information handy: the recipient's name, address, phone number, what you want to send and how you want to pay.

Valentines mode..

Love is in the air.. Starting today 'till Feb 14, your watsinanggo will post anything about valentine, it would be funny, senti, romantic, or kinda Kelloggs (corny). As long as it would fit the valentine mode theme! Ok here's a good start.. romantic yet "torpe" song from 112, In a Rush.. i just love this song in some way! (hehee)

it came over me in a rush
when i realized that i love you so much
that sometimes i cry
but i can't tell you why
why i feel what i feel inside

how i try to express
whats been troublin' my mind
but still i can't find the words
but i know that somethings got a hold of me

it came over me in a rush
when i realized that i love you so much
that sometimes i cry
but i can't tell you why
why i feel what i feel inside

baby someday ill find a way to say
just what you mean to me
but if that day never comes along
and you don't hear this song
i guess you'll never know

it came over me in a rush
when i realized that i love you so much
that sometimes i cry
but i can't tell you why
why i feel what i feel in
feel what i feel inside

and when i say inside i mean deep
you fill my soul
and thats something i can't explain
its over me

cuz it came over me in a rush
when i realized that i love you so much
that sometimes i cry
but i can't tell you why
why i feel what i feel inside

it came over me in a rush
when i realized that i love you so much
that sometimes i cry
but i can't tell you why
why i feel what i feel inside

it came over me in a rush
when i realized that i love you so much
that sometimes i cry
but i can't tell you why
why i feel what i feel inside

Bee Friday Madness..

I've been a big fan of Killer Bee's Bee Friday Madness program, so to speak and setting the record straight.. I only listen to their station just every Friday! hehe.. Know why? coz they play the songs that I have grown up.. the 80's, the 90's, and early 2000's.. Just this morning, as i turned on the radio, the DJ plays a kinda "nasty" song its Freak Me by Another Level, 'twas a hit song way back in the late 90's where H20, Sexy Fridays, Zero Below, R&B (Rhythms & Brews) rules the club scene in the city. Party people loves to bump 'n grind to its beat (and so am I). So whats with that song anyway? If my memory serves me well.. I have remembered longtime ago that a very special fella used to sing me with that rhythm.. "_" sigh "_"...

P.S. i still have an mp3 of that song if you want copy just ping me then..
